Personal Trainer

I became a Personal Trainer after I realized how much fitness has helped me in my own life.  I was not a healthy human being for many years both physically and mentally and fitness has played a huge role in me becoming a healthier and happier individual.      

I believe that anyone, at any stage in life, can achieve a better quality of life through fitness, both physically and mentally. I want to help those who are new to exercise get the ball rolling and instill in them a lifelong passion for fitness and an intrinsic motivation to stay healthy. I want to help those who are more familiar with exercise stay motivated, learn more, and progress in their fitness journey.

I enjoy reading, golf, working out, hiking, biking, paddle boarding, and camping.  I like to be out in the sunshine as much as possible.  In the winter I enjoy skiing and snowshoeing.
