My goal as a personal trainer is to help people have access to the knowledge and importance of how strong their bodies can become. I enjoy working with individuals who are driven and ready to learn how to train their body to function at its best. I can help you understand how your body moves, compensations, weakness, as well as acknowledging our strengths. I will help you strengthen your body from the foundation up!
I enjoy playing soccer, strength training, and doing anything and everything outdoors that Bend has to offer. I recently moved from Flagstaff, AZ to Bend in 2022 and I can't wait to see what Oregon and the Athletic Club have to offer! My goal is to keep increasing my knowledge in the health and wellness and work towards Physical Therapy school.
Personal Accomplishments:
I have hiked Rim to Rim to Rim (53 miles) in the Grand Canyon, ran a half marathon, and enjoyed challenging my physical fitness over and over!
