Winter Break Youth Camps 2024

Our staff is here to support a wonderful camp experience for your children and to maintain this we ask that you direct any questions to youth@athleticclubofbend.com.  If an immediate concern arises while your child is at camp, please call 541-385-3062 and they will be able to assist you in reaching the camp program. 


About: Youth camps with ACB are available for children ages 5 (must be in kindergarten)-11 years old Children must be in this age range by the first day of the camp they are participating in. Each camp will be 9:00am-3:00pm located on the Athletic Club of Bend campus. Registration includes all three days; we have no half-day or single day options. Lunches and snacks are not provided, so please be sure to send these with your child. Currently, we are not offering before or after care. Campers will get to bake holiday cookies, create a poinsettia craft (a flower indigenous to mexico and central america), play a fun game of hockey in the gym, crafting winter snowflakes, trying figgy pudding (originating from England), learning about Winter Solstice, partaking in a “prettiest gift wrapping” competition, and wreath making, which symbolizes joy and friendship in some places across the world. These activities, and so many more, will make for a fun-filled, engaging, and even an educational way for your child to spend Winter Break! 

Signing Up: Sign Ups will all be done through the Athletic Club Member Portal whether you are a member or a nonmember.. Click below for Member Portal Access instructions. Non-members will have to pay at the time of registration.

Unregister/Cancellation: Email youth@athleticclubofbend.com Any cancellations after November 30th will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel a camp by Sunday at 11:59pm, a full week before the Monday start of the camp week to receive a refund.  If you cancel any camp after November 30th, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. 

 Cost:  (35 max per week)

Members: $160

Non-Members: $190

 

Pick Up/Drop Off: 

  • Drop off and pick up: Instructions to follow

  • There will be staff will be in the Youth Center no earlier than 8:50am. 

  • All parents or guardians dropping off and picking up children must come to a staff member to sign them in and out. 

  • Liability waiver will need to be filled out on first day of drop off.

What to bring to camp daily: 

  • Lunch 

  • Snack for morning and afternoon 

  • Water Bottle 

  • Closed Toed Shoes or sandals with straps and able to run in 

  • Winter Clothing
