Afterschool Program 

ACB’s After School Program is provided for the community of the Athletic Club of Bend. We serve children ages 5 years through 11 years or who are enrolled in grades kindergarten through 5th grade, and on an active membership with ACB. Our program provides an enriching, engaging, and nurturing environment where your child will collaborate on fun projects, create meaningful relationships, and find active relaxation after a day of school. 

Our staff are trained, child-centered personnel who have a passion for engaging with children and fostering a warm, welcoming, and creative environment. We hire based on these intentions and continue to pursue professional development throughout the year. 

ACB, at this time, is not able to provide transportation for children from school to the club or from the club to home. 

Members are expected to register for all the days that their child will be attending the After School Program through the member portal. You are able to unregister your child for any dates via your online portal. Spaces are limited. We appreciate you unregistering your child as soon as possible to ensure waitlisted children are able to attend. Our staffing and design is catered to the number of children in our care per day. No Drop-in’s allowed. Parents will be called if the child is not registered for that day.

 The program is separated into two sessions. Session 1 is September 9 - December 20, 2024. 

Monday,Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 2:30pm-6pm

Wednesday: 12:30pm-5:15pm

Session 2 will take place January - June, 2025. This session will open for registration at a later date. You will be notified about this by email.
